Slender Mountain Mint Pycnanthemum tenuifolium

This erect, many-branched perennial features slender, almost needle-like leaves and small clusters of white flowers.  Grows 1-3’ tall, preferring full sun but tolerating part-sun conditions.  Dry conditions are also preferred. 

The whole plant emits a minty aroma. Can be used in teas.  An enormous number of insects visit the blooms of all the mountain mints.
