Purple Coneflower Echinacea purpurea

Purple coneflower is already famous and has been bred to death creating many cultivars.  As always, we only sell straight species.

Coneflower prefers dry to medium soils and full sun to part shade.  Grows up to 4’ tall. Deadheading will keep it blooming.  However, as fall approaches, leave seedheads for the birds.

Blooms are very showy and attractive, about 5” in diameter.  This plant will bloom throughout the summer.
