Green-and-Gold Chrysogonum virginianum

Need a groundcover?  Green-and-gold is a non-aggressive spreader that likes a little shade (although I've grown it in full sun).  It produces small, yellow, daisy-like, well-hidden flowers very low to the ground.

Foliage is semi-evergreen and grows to only a few inches in height. Will tolerate heavy shade. Hot summers will cause it to go dormant. Best blooms (not terribly showy) in spring and fall.
